This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world class engineering center with the focus on excellence.OHAI is seeking an experienced SRE practice leader to help the establishment and growth of the Site Reliability Engineering practice within Oracle Health Production Engineering. As an SRE leader, you will be responsible for leading our SRE community and driving initiatives to enhance the reliability of our products and services. You will work closely with product development, product operations, and infrastructure operations to ensure our customers have a quality experience with our products. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to drive continuous improvement in product reliability, scalability, and performance.This Position s responsibilities include: Lead distributed SRE community, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to establish SRE capabilities into product operations teams. Work closely with product engineering and operations team to develop new capabilities to improve product availability, scalability, and performance. Identify and drive key improvement initiatives across product teams.
