About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Center Security Manager to oversee a physical security staff that liaisons between multiple business lines and the technology organization. Will direct, plan, and provide physical security solutions for a high-risk complex. Manage a staff of four full-time employees, several contract security staff, and the overall security programs for the facility. Works on moderately complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of numerous factors. Interacts with direct reports, customers, and functional peer group managers.In this role, you will:Lead and manage Corporate Security team activities in operational and security related incidents to minimize risk of criminal incidents against company, individuals, or customersEnsure security policies and procedures are enforced to maintain staff and public safety, compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements within corporate securityIdentify opportunities for security process improvement, policy and procedure enhancement, and risk control development in corporate securityMake day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to customers and colleagues, handle staffing requirements, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of Corporate Security managementLeverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and maintain knowledge of industry trendsDevelop and maintain effective physical security programCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managersLead team to achieve objectivesManage allocation of people and financial resources for Corporate SecurityMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talentRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Corporate Security Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education1+ years of leadership experienceDesired Qualifications:5 years related experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding the financial services industryKnowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) development and implementation of testing practices/processesIn-depth knowledge of the 2002 Sarbanes-Oxley Act as it pertains to High-Risk FacilitiesStrong customer service focus and clear commitment to corporate goals in past assignments.3 years of experience in managing a high-risk environment with multiple customer relationships and successful track record of change implementation.Understanding of critical processes necessary to provide high-quality services and risk assessments.Experience successfully managing small to medium projects from inception to implementation.Able to foster robust working relationships with the team and across partnerships.Familiarity with a variety of tools, processes, and methodologies in a variety of traditional and emerging technologies including traditional security practices, CCTV, Alarms, Access Control, biometrics, and visitor management systems.Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.Proven communication skillsPrior experience working in a High-Risk Facility Security Program.Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certificationNetwork Technology is a strong plus along with business operations experience in financial services, accounting, or finance.Knowledge and understanding of operations support: scheduling, staffing, planning, and administrationJob Expectations:Ability and willingness to travel 5-10%.100% on-site work scheduleCandidate must reside within a reasonable commute to the location listed in the posting.Location:Manassas, VirginiaBase Compensation Range:$60,800 - $108,200 USD AnnualLearn about our incredible benefits at Benefits - Wells Fargo CareersPosting End Date:12 Jun 2024*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value DiversityAt Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace; accordingly, we welcome applications for employment from all qualified candidates, regardless of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, individuals with disabilities, pregnancy, marital status, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable law.Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.
