This is a position with tremendous opportunity for personal and professional growth, an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting an important mission in the National Security arena.The Registered Nurse will serve as a trusted and close advisor to the customer providing support as follows, but not limited to:The Registered Nurse provides care in a systematic way in an outpatient settingIncorporates differences into the provision of care while integrating knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the needs of patientsIncorporates data and information to improve care and enhances outcomes while ensuring improvements in practice settingsPerforms essential duties necessary to clinic or non-acute operations to include taking vitals, stocking exam rooms, giving vaccines, blood draws, etcFormulates plans of care based on trends of similar patients including patient educationAdapts standards and guidelines for individual patientsMakes independent clinical decisions based on knowledge drawn from education and experienceWorks with the customer and healthcare teams to achieve maximum productivityDocuments all patient care activities as per customer documentation standardsAssists the healthcare team with the documentation processActs as a clinical resource and serves as a mentor to healthcare team members while displaying leadership behaviorsPerforms other duties as assignedBasic QualificationsTS/SCI with polygraph clearanceBachelor s degree with 8+ years of relevant experienceLicensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in any of the 50 states or DC.Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences, both in person and in writingStrong interpersonal skills, collaboration and teambuilding skills, and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.Ability to work well under pressure with strong customer service skills.Keen flexibility and creativity; ability to identify and respond to evolving priorities and identify solutions to problems.Strong organizational skills, sound judgement, and flexibility to adapt and adjust to changing priorities.Ability to plan, set goals, and determine strategies for accomplishing results, as well as monitor, evaluate and report on progress towards goals.Original Posting Date:2024-05-15While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
