DescriptionHelp us deliver peace of mind, securing Amazon data centers, offices, and critical sites through the next iteration of our centralized cloud-first physical security solution built for enterprise-scale protection.Our vision is to simplify physical security, anticipate threats, and build a safer world, starting with Amazon. We secure our customer's assets, prioritizing human safety above all else.You ll independently partner with customers and engineering teams across Amazon to prioritize and build innovative security solutions at massive scale. Our product is multi-dimensional, covering video surveillance, intrusion alarming, and access control. We leverage artificial intelligence to gather insights across these domains and surface events in real-time through our web application. You ll use your skills of driving simplification and efficiency to find a path forward in difficult situations. You'll utilize the full power and breadth of AWS technologies to develop a product that proactively protect the assets of every single Amazon customer, both internally and externally not many teams can say that!We are confident you'll love working in our organization, but we'll let the data speak for itself. They do this through requirements gathering, starting with understanding customer problems. They influence customers, vendors, external partners, and engineering team priorities.They are the voice of the customer. They work with customers and engineering to define/clarify features, roadmap priority, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), compliance, accessibility, and other requirements.A PMT in our org drives feature discussions with customers, engineers, and others. They produces clear, concise documents, impacting customer experience, success metrics, and team-level business goals.They understand technologies within their product area, and can quickly come to speed in new areas of technology. They articulate technology requirements for a feature/API (e.g., performance, latency). They ask the right technical questions, and can identify risks in technology design choices.Our PMTs optimize roadmap intake (e.g., features, bugs, etc.), and connect engineering to end-user/customer experience.We serve a global customer. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market.
