You ll use your skills of driving simplification and efficiency to find a path forward in difficult situations. They do this through requirements gathering, starting with understanding customer problems. They influence customers, vendors, external partners, and engineering team priorities.They are the voice of the customer. They work with customers and engineering to define/clarify features, roadmap priority, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), compliance, accessibility, and other requirements.A PMT in our org drives feature discussions with customers, engineers, and others. They produces clear, concise documents, impacting customer experience, success metrics, and team-level business goals.They understand technologies within their product area, and can quickly come to speed in new areas of technology. They articulate technology requirements for a feature/API (e.g., performance, latency). They ask the right technical questions, and can identify risks in technology design choices.Our PMTs optimize roadmap intake (e.g., features, bugs, etc.), and connect engineering to end-user/customer experience.We serve a global customer. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market.
