As an Economic & Political (Intelligence) Analytics Lead, you will support data-driven, analytical decisioning for our clients. You will work cross-functionally between teams to guide measurement frameworks, learning agendas, data strategy, and performance analytics.Key responsibilities include:Serve as a trusted advisor to Client leadershipPerform Economy and Energy data entry via bulk ingest and manage the bulk data ingest standard operating procedureLead ad hoc team educational meetings on data fidelity best practicesResearch new Economy and Energy fields and sources, documenting necessary changes in the dedicated sourcing workbookResearch Economy and Energy data notes to help explain complex macroeconomic or energy concepts (e.g., cryptocurrency) to then be reviewed by staff and publicly disseminatedMake any necessary revisions to the website Style GuideAssist in quality assurance of data, as directed by Client leadershipCoordinate with the dedicated IT support on all technical needs related to the Website content management systemSupport annual review efforts with various Government componentsRespond to public inquiries on Economy and Energy fields and sources, including press, government partner, and general user website inquiriesProvide on-call support for senior executive and other one-page summary requestsDocument and communicate Website traffic metrics on behalf of Office of Public Affairs leadershipCollaborate on the development of graphics, charts, and tables to improve the website s user interface and experience (UI/UX)Lead Client efforts on researching, documenting, and piloting automation, AI/ML, and genAI use casesCoordinate with various Agency components and partners to utilize open-source data for Economy and Energy dataQualificationsRequired:Bachelor s degree required, preferably in the field of communications, creative writing, journalism, public relations, or something similar5+ years of relevant work experience in either marketing, digital research, web content/digital publications, or design as it relates to graphical data1+ years of experience utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.1+ years of experience utilizing Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat ReaderMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureAbility to work in Chantilly, VAAbility to travel 10-20%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveActive TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph requiredPreferred:Experience working in a client-facing positionExperience revamping an existing Style GuideStrong interpersonal skills reflecting the confidence to work with officials at all levelsKnowledge of unclassified resources available to maintain and update dozens of specific fields of dataFamiliarity with a variety of data aggregation, sorting, graphic creation, data storage and data manipulation toolsDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentInformation for applicants with a need for accommodation:#DS&J#CJ1#LI-AS8Recruiting tipsFrom developing a stand out resume to putting your best foot forward in the interview, we want you to feel prepared and confident as you explore opportunities at Deloitte.
