The client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join their team. This person will be responsible for designing mechanical systems for healthcare facility renovation projects.
*Description*
The Mechanical Engineer - Mechanical Systems - Federal Contractor will be responsible for:
* Designing mechanical systems such as chillers, boilers, AHUs, and exhaust fans for replacement and renovation projects in healthcare facilities.
* Conducting site visits, pre-design surveys, and existing mechanical condition surveys.
* Managing the design process, ensuring all submissions comply with contract requirements.
* Determining and overseeing outside design consultants as needed.
*Profile*
The Mechanical Engineer - Mechanical Systems - Federal Contractor will have:
* Strong knowledge of and experience with designing mechanical systems including chillers, boilers, AHUs and exhaust fans
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
* Professional Engineer license (preferred)
* Federal project experienced (preferred)

The Mechanical Engineer - Mechanical Systems - Federal Contractor will receive:
* a competitive base salary commensurate with experience
* annual bonus potential
* 75% paid healthcare
