As a Server at Pupatella, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests promptly and answer any questions regarding our menu and specials.

- Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

- Service: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

- Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and be able to make recommendations.

- Up-selling: Suggest additional items and inform guests of specials to enhance their dining experience.

- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

- Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.

- Payment Processing: Handle guest payments.

- Problem Resolution: Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously, escalating to management when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
