- Assist in maintaining quality assurance direction and tasking.
- Assist in outreach to other areas of TSA for quality assurance data reporting.
- Ability to analyze a process and understand the data collected from it.
- Maintain and update quality assurance SOPs routinely.
- Responsible for the analysis of quality assurance data in the monthly reports based on data pulls.
- Creating Excel pivot tables, charts, graphs, formulas and macros.
- Responsible for status reporting - monthly PMR, mid-month reports, weekly status recap, daily team tasks.
- Perform data quality analysis of deliverables and documents.
- Review cases and provide feedback to the Team.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree required
- Ability to work onsite 1 day per week in Colorado Springs, CO (remote 4 days a week)
- Previous DHS or TSA experience (active DHS highly desired)
- Must have 2+ years experience working as an analyst within MS excel
- Strong MS Product skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills - must be able to analyze Excel data or a chart/graph and form evaluative statements for presentation to TSA Senior Management
- Experience with Power BI or other dashboard tools a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
