About the Role:

As a Senior Supervisor, Claims Processing, you will lead a complex medical claim processing team, overseeing daily tasks, setting priorities, and coordinating activities to ensure timely completion. Leveraging your leadership experience, you'll guide and mentor team members, driving performance and adherence to company policies and procedures. Your expertise will significantly impact the team's effectiveness, fostering efficiency and driving operational success.

Responsibilities:

* Leading team members to process medical claims and answer inquiries efficiently.

* Coaching the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and meet targets.

* Ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

* Acting as the liaison between operations and middle management to ensure protocol compliance.

* Assisting in resolving conflicts related to client issues, personnel matters, tasks, and systems.

* Providing resolutions to a diverse range of complex tasks.

* Offering insights for process improvement and operational initiatives.

* Serving as a point of contact for leadership and providing operational guidance.

* Managing special projects for corporate, operational, or client initiatives.

* Supporting less experienced team leaders to enhance performance levels.

* Executing continuity plans during natural disasters or other disruptions.

* Performing additional duties as assigned.

* Complying with all policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

* Demonstrated leadership experience, effectively guiding and mentoring team members.

* Accountability for functional, operational, and/or program management.

* Assistance with others in achieving goals and management of performance appraisals and pay reviews.

* Management of training for three or more employees and hiring and termination actions.

* Coordination of work activities with other supervisors and setting team priorities to ensure timely completion.

* Ability to perform work unsupervised, receiving guidance from a manager.

* Understanding and application of concepts in medical claims processing and basic knowledge of other disciplines.

* Understanding of how to improve efficiency across related teams.

* Judgement to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems.

* Driving of special projects for corporate, operational, or client initiatives.

* Support for less experienced team leaders to improve performance levels.

* Execution of continuity plans in the event of natural disasters or other disruptions.

* Compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards.

* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000-$75,000
