We are currently looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our team. The Production Coordinator role is key to fulfilling the promises we make to our customers. The Ultimate goal of this position is to prepare job files and schedule all jobs for production within three days of job approval. To be successful in this role, you should be highly trusted, well-organized, and have great time management skills. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing timely support.

Job Duties
- Create material & labor orders for all jobs in production within three days of approval
- Ensure all photos and documentation are uploaded.
- Place welcome calls to customers upon job approval.
- Ensure contracts are signed and all descriptions are listed.
- Verify all measurement documents are uploaded.
- Ensure all insurance documentation is uploaded, if applicable.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in roofing or construction project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety standards.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
