Ashby Ponds is a beautiful 132-acre continuing care retirement community in Loudoun County, Virginia. We're part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states-and growing.

Ashby Ponds, located in Ashburn, VA, is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating, planning, driving, and monitoring the progress of multiple projects to ensure that the projects are completed in a timely manner and within the established budget.

How you will make an impact:

* Defining project objectives and scope, analyzing existing processes and procedures, and recommending solutions

* Estimating timelines and resources needed for tasks and working with teams to establish completion timeframes and overall schedules

* Communicate project status to the team and leadership.

* Managing vendors providing resources and deliverables to the project

* Evaluating performance of project team members and recommending personnel changes when necessary

* Performing business analysis and reporting to highlight business/systems opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance business performance

* Researching, analyzing, and developing business processes to improve the business line, system, and personnel performance

What you will need:

* High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is preferred

* Minimum of five years experience as a Facilities Coordinator/Department Manager of General Services or experience in a multifamily residential buildings is required.

* Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent Project managing software.

* Experience with creating, allocating, and managing the budget.

* Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal skills.

* Must possess an ability to effectively interface with various contractors and all stakeholders.

* Troubleshooting any issues with effective solutions, and have the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Minimum 10 Hour OSHA training preferred, must be completed after 1 year of hire.

* Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office: Word and Excel)
