They connect people with job opportunities and create better lives and a better economy.We're seeking a dynamic, personable, and talented Associate General Counsel, Regulatory Affairs, to join our innovative, dedicated, and collegial ROCK STAR legal and public affairs team. As a key player in our association, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on a cutting-edge industry and contribute to its continued success.You ll advocate the staffing industry s position on labor, employment, artificial intelligence, tax, benefits, and other public policy issues before courts, legislatures, and regulatory bodies.You will have the opportunity to analyze existing laws and proposed legislation and regulations and prepare testimony, issue papers, memoranda, briefs, and talking points in support of the industry's positions.You can serve as a media spokesperson, and you ll engage with ASA s skill-building, opportunity-finding, and job-creating staffing firm members on labor and employment issues. In addition, you will advise ASA on internal legal issues pertaining to employment, intellectual property, antitrust, and other laws.We re biased, but we think this is a tremendous opportunity.
