Job Title: Senior Computer Systems Analyst (Pega)

Location: Remote (100%)

Job Type: Fulltime

Overview:

The Senior Computer Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing and improving computer systems for our platform. This individual will be responsible for optimizing workflow and contributing to the design of information systems that support the organization's case management processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.

Develop and document the proposed system design and architecture, including both hardware and software components.

Work closely with software developers and other analysts to ensure system integration and compatibility.

Conduct cost-benefit analyses to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the platform's information systems.

Provide guidance on the selection of new IT solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and compliance with architectural standards.

Lead the testing and implementation of new systems or system enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Train end-users and write instruction manuals as necessary for new systems and features.

Required Skills:

In-depth knowledge of computer systems engineering and IT infrastructure.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and systems.

Proficiency in system analysis methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with the organization's operational procedures and the platform's requirements.

Certifications:

Certified Business Architect (CPBA) or Certified System Architect (CSA) for those with a focus on systems analysis and design.

Certification in Systems Analysis (e.g., Certified Software Business Analyst).

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

ITIL Foundation certification or higher.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, systems analysis, or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience as a computer systems analyst or in a similar role.

Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Proven track record of successful project delivery and system optimization.

Ability to work collaboratively with IT and business stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
