Responsibilities:Technica is seeking an Atlassian SME responsible for the enterprise multi-tenant Atlassian services operated within the FBI. He/she is responsible for design, planning, and operation & maintenance of a catalog of Atlassian products, including but not limited to the following: JIRA, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, and Crowd. In scope for these responsibilities, the JIRA SME is responsible for native functionality of the products, plugin integrations, and overall interoperability of the service in our organizational structure. He/she designs, builds, and maintains complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes with a multi-tenancy focus. The Atlassian SME integrates the front-end UI with custom internally developed API based microservices.
This role is also responsible for researching and recommending plugins and testing interoperability within our development environment. The SME will apply a solid understanding of Agile principles when recommending project management methodologies (scrum, kanban, waterfall, etc). In addition, he/she:
