Security Clearance:

• Applicant must be eligible to hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Position/Job Description:

• This labor category is intended to serve the configuration management functions for the program.
• Provides configuration management planning.
• Describes provisions for configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, and configuration audits.
• Continuous improvement of configuration and Data Management processes and methods.
• Regulates the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related software.
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the process, including establishing priorities and work assignments.
• Tracking compliance to policies and procedures and resolving/escalating any compliance issues.
• Facilitates Configuration Management audits.
• Other duties as assigned by The Company.

Experience Requirements:

• Seven (7) years of experience is required in the fielding of shipboard HM&E, electronic, communication and weapon systems including a practical background in the configuration of ship systems.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors degree is required.
