Title: Developer (webMethods/Java)
Client: Freddie Mac
Location: McLean, VA (hybrid schedule)
Must-have skills and hands-on experience with:
- webMethods (preferred V 10.7) , along with Java/J2EE using backend relational database
- The project works involve analyzing the functional behavior of webMethods components in current applications transforming EDI to fixed length record format, deriving business rules and documenting those
- The goal of the project is to build a product which can replace existing webMethods functionalities, including translation of EDI to fixed length record format, along with the UI screens for the workflows
Responsibilities:
Engage business users to define the requirements and design for a vast array of tools supporting trade analytics, pooling & securitization, trade capture, reporting, and reconciliation.
Application development, prototyping, and high level technical consulting.
Work closely with team members and business partners to develop cutting edge technology solutions under tight deadlines.
Predict effects of configuration changes; identify application bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize performance.
Support issue resolution and completion of ad-hoc requests in support of business partners within the I&CM division.
