You should be adept at collaborating with both internal tech teams and external engineering units, comprising our valued customers and partners.
- Devise, create, and implement scripts and services aimed at seamlessly integrating advanced sensors into our web-based Command and Control (C2) platform.
- Translate intricate business requisites into software solutions that deliver exceptional levels of availability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with partner and customer entities to conceptualize, design, and optimize distributed systems that align with their specific expectations.
- Foster close collaboration with a team of multidisciplinary engineers across the United States and Australia.
- Assume operational ownership for the services within your team's domain.
- BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- 3 to 6 years of software development experience in Go (Golang), Python and/or JavaScript
- Experience with sensor integration and distributed 'IoT like' systems
- Experience with web application development, Unix/Linux environments, developing large software systems, microservice infrastructure and/or security software development
- Strong networking and scripting experience
- Comfortable working with customers and partners to communicate solutions to complex problems
- Prior involvement in "start-up" or "scale-up" settings is favorably regarded.
- Experience developing systems that utilize Machine Learning or complex algorithm services
- Defense industry experience
