**Summary**

Oversee auto auction customer and partner relations and process management for Goodwill Columbus. Delivering exceptional service to our donors, report management for internal stakeholders and managing our 3rd party partner expectations and deliverables.

**Essential** **Job** **Functions**

* Manage all donor relations from telephone outreach, email form submission, challenges with title acquisition including all questions and inquiries throughout the week.

* Resolve customer issues with both Goodwill and Copart to customers satisfaction

* Manage Copart database and reporting system producing necessary reporting for key Goodwill stakeholders

* Coordination with Donation Manager and Financial team on financial reporting and auction results

* Coordinate all Donor thank you outreach through CEO office

* Inventory management and auction result oversight

* Microsoft Suite proficiency

* Clear verbal communication skills and ability to give and follow written and oral instructions.

* Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.

* Ability to use good judgment and think quickly and rationally in difficult or stressful situations.
