Functions as a secondary contact during external audits as well as assists periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with internal controls.Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for processing bi-weekly, multi-state payrolls and maintaining all payroll related recordsPartner with departmental leadership across the organization to encourage time and attendance review and submission in a timelymannerProcess normal to complex payroll adjustmentsProcess manual checks on a as needed basisProvide excellent customer service to internal and external customersHave a strong understanding of payroll regulatory rules and proceduresRespond to payroll inquires in a timely mannerIdentify and communicate risks in the areas of FLSA and payroll complianceADP Workforce Now and eTime experience requiredSome knowledge of California payroll regulations desirableStrong knowledge of special pay calculations such as shift differentials and overtime payPerform special projects as assigned by Payroll Operations ManagerStrong verbal and written communication skillsEducationBachelor's Degree2+ Years of Experience in PayrollGL experience
