Position Overview:Edgesource is seeking a System Integration Analyst to work onsite in the Reston, VA area to support the customer technology enterprise in collaboration with identified customer staff to apply bet practices and lessons learned to enhance the effectiveness in the management of programs and artifacts in support of an IC customer for Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) and supporting mission-driven Information Technology, Infrastructure Solutions and Services, and Commodity Support. The program will be responsible for operating and maintaining mission critical CT IT applications and systems, while rapidly enhancing IT capabilities. The contract will be responsible for system integration across customer development and O&M activities, providing analysis and engineering services in a consulting capacity, working closely with the customer to translate operational requirements into configured systems, integrating the technical inputs of the entire design team, managing interfaces, characterizing and managing technical risk, transitioning technology from the technology base into program specific efforts, and verifying that designs meet operational needs.

Job Duties:
  • Management and technical execution of development and P&M activities to satisfy the requirements identified by the customer
  • Advise and assist the facilitations and coordination of priorities between the customer and the development and O&M contractors
  • Provide recommendations for the customer documents requirements management process
  • Implement customer approved recommendations and coordinate with other contractors
  • Identify an communicate relevant program information, including requirements, plans, schedule, and performance, to inform coordination of the development O&M activities
  • Provide technical support to application and performance tool developers on the requirements for integration into the operating environment
  • Support integration and implementation of end-to-end solutions into the customer enterprise
  • Facilitate and develop new forums and processing standards to enable more effective integration and engineering resources
  • Review new and updated interface documentation such as ICDs and ISAs
  • Maintain and produce SOPs to ensure that procedures for all requirements of the SOW are documented
  • Assist with the Configuration Management process of material changes to the document baseline
  • Provide integration and decision support expertise to customer leadership and other stakeholders to ensure decisions consider implications to customer and customer tactical and strategic priorities and backlog and are in accordance with prior decisions
Required Qualifications:
  • Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
  • Candidate must have 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • System integration experience
  • Provide technical assessments and recommendations during the development/integration lifecycle
Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience across the program life cycle (requirements, design, implementation, test, and sustainment)
