Capgemini Client Partners are experienced in managing mid-sized to large global or regional accounts, are seen as a trusted advisor by the client, and have group responsibility towards the client. Client Partners are proficient in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients as well as client influencers.Key responsibilities:

Grow and lead a top strategic account within the Telecommunications IndustryThe ability to develop profitable business from our managed accounts, has overall accountability achieving booking, revenue and profitability objectives for the account, both within the Americas and globally.Understands the key influencers within the client organization, quickly identifies client culture and decision-making process, and balances professional manner to suit client requirementsEnsure that Capgemini is positioned effectively within client at board and senior management level and is well represented for potential major new projects or bidsRequired Skills:

Proven experience serving clients in the Telecommunications, preferably with clients >$2b in sizeMinimum of 6 years experience in selling complex, IT services/customized technology services5 years or greater of recent experience selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 global services providerComprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technology spendLife at Capgemini

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority,performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $142,00 to $288,750 / year.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
