HVAC Tune-Up Technician

Job description
System diagnostic testing
- Coil inspection.
- Indoor and outdoor coil cleaning (if accessible)
- Electrical inspection
- Refrigerant level inspection
- Condensate drain cleaning (if accessible)
- Operating and maintaining a company vehicle responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, including but not limited to, cordless hammer drill, screwdrivers, wire strippers, Manifold Gauge and Refrigerant Hoses.
- Basic HVAC knowledge
- Knowledge of handling of HCFC and HFC Refrigerants
- Customer service skills
- Great written and verbal communication
- Ability to complete assigned work without direct supervision.
- Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Keep accurate records of work performed
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
