The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for Data Management and Analysis Support to support our government customer located in Silver Spring, MD.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Develop and maintain databases on Microsoft Excel and at least one advanced statistical software package (e.g., SPSS, SAS) with a current certificate of net worthiness (CON).

+ Research data management procedures and provide quality assurance for data integrity.

+ Periodic verifications of data integrity are expected as well as corrective planning and execution when errors, omissions, or other integrity issues are identified.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

+ Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting MS Access databases.

+ Minimum 3+ years of technical business analysis, architecture, &/or other relevant experience.

+ Health IT, medical, or healthcare related industry experience.

+ Experience managing user security permissions, both within the database and Windows AD Groups.

+ Experience building/editing reports and dashboards using SAP BI business intelligence tool.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

+ Must be U.S. Citizen.

+ Must hold a minimum DoD Clearance level of Public Trust, with ability to obtain Secret.
