We are seeking a Data Literacy Analyst (Remote)

Responsibilities:Partner with the head of data governance to create strategic roadmap and shape enterprise data literacy framework, playbook, and program execution.Foster the creation of a data-driven culture, related competencies, and data literacy across the enterprise.Ownership over curriculum development and implement the data literacy program.Define, monitor, and track data literacy and data tool capability adoption KPIs to measure improvement over time.Contribute to creating awareness and adoption of data governance initiatives, programs, and training across ARC, communities of practice, roadshows, presentation materials.Creative and focused on making learning fun.Understand varied audiences and their learning goals and needs - ability to deliver content in various formats (interactive, video etc)Scope: Individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Apply technical subject matter knowledge. Capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree required.Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.

Skills & Abilities: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to apply technical expertise to resolve problems. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. Ability to work on a team.

Passionate about teaching data skillsPrevious data literacy or data governance experience is ideal.Highly organized, responsive, resourceful and motivatedExcellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishProven ability to work across business units, technical and enterprise teams.Ability to self-manage along multiple tracks of work and drive towards consistent, high-quality results.

The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
