Red Arch Solutions (RAS) is hiring for a new, prime contract and is happy to announce we are seeking an astute Technical Project Manager!

Position Overview:
In support of Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) Data Strategies, Chief Information Office (CIO) is deploying a data science environment to support aligned efforts throughout our customer. This will provide users with a modern self-service environment to perform data science related tasks. We will enable this through containerized open source, Government Off the Shelf (GOTs), and Commercial Off the Shelf (COTs) tools. We are looking to enhance data-driven decisions and insights for next-level improvements, to enable execution of swift and appropriate action.

Under this effort, RAS will maintain & improve the Data Science environment to ensure we provide the agency with a modern tool set.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages program status, finances, and staff. and provides program briefings.
  • Develops program documentation and works individually with minimal guidance or as a key member of a senior leadership team.
  • Oversees and monitors performance across several disciplines, and when required, takes steps to resolve issues.
  • Interface with highly technical staff and our government customers while installing and configuring software on cloud servers
  • Provide day-to-day operations of and for the Data Science Environment.
  • Perform designated patches and ensure the capability functions optimally 24/7.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to user issues.
  • Ensure failover functions are properly configured and optimized for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all tools
  • Utilize the change management process to ensure all configuration management policies are followed.


Qualifications:
  • TS/SCI with Poly is required for this position.
    Experience with DIA/DoD/IC infrastructure, policies, and practices. Experience managing multimillion dollar IT development programs, managing staff, and managing subcontractors.
    PMP certification
  • 20 years' experience and a bachelor's may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a master's for 6 years of experience

  • Highly Technical background. Former SE, Cyber SE, Software Engineer or similar. #CJ
