We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning.Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.What you will doThe Quality Assurance Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of quality and compliance across various projects in our Australia West location as well as providing some support to quality activities in the ANZ region. equires a candidate with experience in Quality Assurance roles within the energy, chemical, resource, mining, or construction sectors.The position provides Projects with guidance and assistance for understanding and implementation of quality systems & assurance processes throughout the entire project lifecycle. Additionally the role support the ANZ region in undertaking audits and assessments in line the Assurance Assessment Schedule. The position will also be required to provide project support on selected small projects.Support the best practice implementation of Worley s Management System by identifying, recommending, and supporting the development of industry leading and efficient processes and system documentation.Provide expertise and knowledge sharing with the broader function and operational leaders.Support the development, delivery, and implementation of Quality and HSE programmes and communication campaigns as required to meet Strategy and Plans.Support organisational change by integrating HSE initiatives into all relevant activities to achieve a positive safety culture and applicable HSE objectives and targets.Support the Bids and Tenders Team with queries relating to the management system and statistics.Maintain own currency and awareness of industry best practice knowledge, and leading HSE practices and regulatory requirements.Support the development of HSE reports, information, data analytics and insights to allow monitoring and reporting on the implementation and effectiveness of key internal controls, risk management and governance processes within the business.Writing, reviewing, and updating HSE Management Plans, Project HSE procedures and other project related HSE documents.Tailored HSE support across the ANZ operational locations as required.What you ll haveDegree Qualified or Equivalent Tertiary PreferredExperience in Quality Assurance roles within the energy, chemical, resource, mining, or construction sectors.Technical and practical experience in quality, including project experience in either detailed engineering, design, development and construction.Exposure to HSE processes and systems.Strong analytical skills. Able to identify issues, problems and opportunities; make timely decisions; develop appropriate and innovative solutions; and ask for assistance if required.Ability to apply knowledge and experience to problem solving and meet deadlines.Strong planning and organizational skills, including ability to lead teams, prioritize activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage time frames for self and others.Ability to positively influence projects and functionsKnowledge and understanding of risk and incident investigationStrong communication, influencing and coaching skills, with ability to engage confidently with both internal and external stakeholdersAuditor (Internal or Lead) and Training and Assessment Qualifications highly regardedMoving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
