Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Office of Science Policy, Planning and Communications (OSPPC) leadership, technical staff, content creators, and other stakeholders to enhance usability accessibility, and performance of NIMH's digital communicationsTriage and complete incoming requests for updates to the NIMH internet, intranet, and OSPPC SharePoint sitesEnter requests into a ticketing system, monitor their status, and close appropriatelyCommunicate and follow up with projects stakeholders concerning incoming project details and deliverablesConduct administrative duties, such as setting up meeting, drafting invoices and drawing estimatesAssist NIMH researches and other institute staff to update the NIHM intranet and intranet websites using NIMH digital publishing platforms (Drupal for internet and SharePoint for intranet)Review/edit SOPs based on experience following them and feedback from stakeholders, recommend and formulate SOPs as appropriatePost scientific documents and other complex materials on the NIMH website in a timely manner and in accordance with Section 508 requirementsEnsure integrity and availability of NIMH web pagesMinimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline with three years of related experience; or bachelor's degree in unrelated field and five years of related experienceExperience using Drupal 7/8/9, HTML, JaveScript and SASS/CSSKnowledge of Section 508 standards for digital materialsExcellent analytical, organizational and time management skillsU.S. Citizenship
