The Sponsor is seeking support in the domain of system integration and broadcast engineering. The focus is primarily working in a mission technology area, which includes global technology deployments of equipment and data applications development. Much of the work is primarily within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. The Sponsor collects data, develops hardware and software and performs operations and maintenance on systems for the Sponsor's mission needs.

The Sponsor is seeking support in the domain of system integration and broadcast engineering. The focus is primarily working in a mission technology area, which includes global technology deployments of equipment and data applications development. Much of the work is primarily within Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. The Sponsor collects data, develops hardware and software and performs operations and maintenance on systems for the Sponsor's mission needs.
- The Contractor Team shall create reports, briefings and placemats in a variety of formats, with inputs from staff leads and the relevant project teams, and create and maintain templates as needed.
- The Contractor Team shall coordinate and support meetings that include, but are not limited to, technical exchanges, kickoffs, cross-collaborations, and ad hoc sessions.
- The Contractor Team shall support budget tasking's such as creation of budgetary documents and provision of regular updates, including budgetary tracking, trends, and future estimates that incorporate labor and non-labor costs, including cloud-based provider costs.
- The Contactor Team shall build PowerPoint briefings and present data at weekly division-level program management review briefings upon request.
- The Contractor Team shall provide project management support and coordination on projects spanning from IT procurements to larger cross-collaboration initiatives, to include strategy and roadmap development.
- The Contractor Team shall coordinate and work on various organizational data calls with staff and across project teams and support reporting statuses to management.
- The Contractor Team shall cover agile development duties such as scrum master, and admin support such as assisting staff leads with account creation requests and submitting and tracking tickets in ServiceNow.

- Demonstrated experience with relationship management and communication.
- Demonstrated experience with data collection and metrics for generating statistics on application and system usage.
- Demonstrated experience optimizing business workflows.
- Demonstrated experience with issue management, knowledge management, and IT service requests and ticket management systems such as with JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow including monitoring and reporting outages.
- Demonstrated experience using JIRA methodologies such as Stories, Epics, and Initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience with developing and managing budgets, to include proficiency in creating and updating spend plans, budget review documentation, and experience working with cloud billing interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience writing and proof-reading, and experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience in building briefings and reports that convey information to staff audience.
- Demonstrated experience with planning and hosting technical exchange meetings as well as meetings with staff leadership.
- Demonstrated experience with A&A workflows and tools.
- Demonstrated experience operating within a heuristic agile scrum framework.
