You'll act as the buyer's main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers
Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
Qualifications
A valid real estate license is required
Willingness to make calls to potential buyers and sellers each week. The expectation is a minimum of 10 two-way conversations per day!
Enthusiastic and personable with a can-do attitude
Hungry to learn and coachable
The competitive nature is very helpful
Must live and work in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia area!
