Inova Loudoun Hospital is looking for a full time RN for the Endoscopy Unit

The Perioperative Services Team at Inova Loudoun Hospital support 8 Operating Rooms, 1 Procedure Room and 2 Endoscopy Suites. Our facility features 16 private Pre-Op rooms and 14 PACU bays where our patients are prepared for surgery and recover post operatively. We are a growing community hospital offering surgical services in: Trauma, General, Breast, Colon-Rectal, Gynecology, Urology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Neurosurgery, ENT, Vascular, Thoracic, Maxillofacial and Plastic.
Nurses generally work 4x10 hr shifts (7a-5.30p) with on call requirements. Will consider 5x8hr week (7-3.30).

Job Requirements:
- RN with at least 2 years of GI/Endoscopy experience is preferred.
- Minimum: One year of Endoscopy, GI or Operating Room (OR) experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an OR fellowship. If PACU Nurse, one year of critical care or PACU RN experience is required.
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an associate degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 24 months of start date.
- RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN.
- ACLS & BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification issued by the AHA is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skill and the ability to display a caring demeanor toward others.
- Proficient computer skills required.
