Job Summary: The Senior Director of Dining Services (Certified Dietary Manager required) is a confident leader who takes ownership of their role and plays an active part in the community This key leadership position is directly responsible for the successful operation of the Dining Services Department at a 250 resident skilled nursing community in Washington, DC. Reporting to the Regional Director, the Senior Director will lead a team of a 3 Registered Dietitians, a Chef Manager, 3 Supervisors/Dining Room Managers and 25 Associates. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A.
