JOB TITLE: Financial Planning & Analyst Specialist

LOCATION: Columbus, Georgia

DUTIES: Responsible for strategic financial planning specialized procedures, including bottom-up strategic planning, monthly sales forecasting and analysis (Forecast vs. Actual), and SOP report by market and business type classification. Prepare monthly forecasts, including Profit and Loss (P&L) and balance sheet (BS) review and analysis. Analyze working capital, operating capital and CAPEX analysis, in the refrigeration context. Analyze purchase prices analysis and variations versus budget in the refrigeration context. Analyze variations between forecasting, budget, and actual results, according to organization specialized control model, systems, procedures, timeline. Responsible for corporate reports based on P&L and BS comparisons between periods according to organization specialized control model, systems, procedures, timeline. Provide quarter and year results overview, report, and presentation following company procedures and timeline. Conduct suppliers' analysis and profitability, chain of value analysis, considered organization external and internal factors. Perform profitability analysis by customer and/or product in the context of refrigeration industry. Responsible for standard cost setting, and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. Serve as a trainer to the company's finance department and ensure local accounting and financial procedures and corporate methodologies are incorporated. Analyze foreign exchange rates and impact analysis related to foreign exchange rates. Responsible for inventory accounts management, including evaluating at least two different sets of account parallel operation. Perform weighted average inventory evaluation. Review plant postprocessing of error records from automatic goods movements. Review plant efficiencies report for quantities, labor productivity, and earned hour analysis. Responsible for hour rate per department and plant elaboration and monitoring. Responsible for costing on new items, stock monitoring (commodities evaluation), investments monitoring, new investments evaluation, and production orders variance. Contribute to the 4-year plan for evolution and ongoing project towards Kysor Warren plants automation. Use Hyperion Financial Management Oracle (HFM), SAP Hana, and Business Analytics platform, Business Analyzer.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a financial analyst, financial planning specialist, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 3 years in financial planning, analyzing P&L and balance sheets, and variations versus budget analysis; and using Hyperion Financial Management Oracle (HFM). 3 years of experience analyzing foreign exchange rates and impact analysis related to foreign exchange rates. Experience therein to include 2 years of experience in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. Experience therein to include 1 year of experience with Business Analytics platform, Business Analyzer. 1 year of experience in inventory accounts management, including evaluating at least two different sets of account parallel operation. Experience therein to include 6 months of experience with SAP Hana.
