We are currently seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Gastroenterologist to join our team in Pennsylvania. This locum tenens opportunity offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Provider Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Gastroenterology
DEA License
Pennsylvania State Licensure
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
CSR (Controlled Substance Registration) License

Job Details:

Coverage Need: Locum Tenens coverage, 7 days coverage, one or two weeks a month
Block Schedule: Starts Friday at 5pm and ends the following Friday at 5pm
Estimated Shifts per Month: 14

Typical Day:

8 am: Rounding
Perform 4-6 outpatient procedures scheduled in endoscopy, typically screening colonoscopies
Provide 24-hour call coverage on weekends
