We have a passion for providing empathetic and potentially life-saving care to help individuals heal, recover, and thrive.Sant is seeking a Full-Time Clinical Coordinator (in office) to join our frontline crisis intervention team in La, Plata Maryland As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the mobile crisis program, including but not limited to, supervising Mobile Crisis Clinicians, completing clinical assessments, and working as part of a police-based team, providing emergency crisis intervention in the community.What Youll Do:* Provide supervision, training, and administrative support to the Mobile Crisis Team.* Perform onsite assessments and crisis intervention.* Ensure thorough and timely documentation.* Educate staff and community partners about available services and resources.* Collaborate with local law enforcement and other community providers to ensure adequate service delivery.* Establish and monitor work schedules to ensure all shifts are covered per contract requirements.* Participate in Community Boards and Committees, developing and facilitating trainings for the community as requested.What Youll Get:* Salary Range: $68-75k annually.* Competitive benefits including a 403(b) package with company match and paid time off.* Financial assistance for licensure fees.* Opportunities for training and development, including police-based trainings, and flexible work schedules with a variety of shifts.Required Qualifications:* Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field of study with at least three (3) years of related experience (crisis experience preferred)* Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (LMSW-C)* Valid drivers license and proof of current automobile insuranceValued Qualifications:* Board Approved SupervisorWe understand that no candidate is perfectly qualified for any job, and we believe that diversity of background and experience makes for better problem-solving and collaboration, which is why we are dedicated to adding new perspectives to the team.
