The Nestl Bakery Sweets division is looking to welcome a critical Senior Manager of Seasonal role that will lead the seasonal marketing and business team.

The Sr. Manager Seasonal, Bakery Sweets Brand Marketing is responsible for driving brand performance of our Bakery Sweets brand portfolio during the key Seasonal time window as well as identifying and activating distinctive seasonal first consumer insights. This role is accountable for knowing the bakery sweets seasonal consumer deeply in order to create engaging business plans. This role also defines Seasonal Limited Time Offering SKU innovation and renovation strategy and delivers profitable long-term growth in collaboration with sales, operations, product development and finance. This role is responsible for the seasonal annual plan consistent with the 3-year plan including alignment and articulation of business strategies and tactics to deliver annual and long-term objectives. The year round insight mining, strategic planning, continuous improvement, and flawless execution will deliver best-in-class results through exceptional seasonal strategy and implementation.

The Senior Manager Seasonal leads, coaches, and develops two direct reports including the Bakery Sweets Display Manager and Seasonal Marketing Associate.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

* Planning

* Retail Merchandising Display Activation

* Seasonal Insights into Action

* Seasonal SKU Innovation & Renovation

* Talent Management

**Requirements:**

* Bachelors degree required.

* MBA or Masters degree in Marketing is preferred.

**Experience:**

* Experience partnering with cross-functional teams is required

* Minimum of 5 years previous experience in marketing required.

* Experience developing strategic business plans/commercialization strategies is required

* Experience leading core commercial businesses is required with demonstrated ability to interpret and activate consumption data into accurate forecasts and use it to develop and activate strategic plans for future growth.

* Experience leveraging data and trends to generate insights to understand business behavior is required

* Experience in a seasonal business a plus

* Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Industry (CPG) is preferred

* Experience in two or more of these areas is strongly preferred: Consumer Marketing, Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Category, Supply Chain
