Menno Haven is seeking a *Sous Chef* to join our family! The Sous Chef will uphold the highest standard quality of nutrition, food production, sanitation and management of culinary service personnel in the supportive role to the Executive Chef.

Qualifications:

* Must be at least 18 years of age or older

* High School Diploma or GED, preferred

* Prior supervisory experience, required

* Prior culinary experience in a supervisory, in a long-term care environment, highly preferred

* Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude

* Must be a self-starter, able to work as a team and independently
