2nd or 3rd Shift (2nd: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm; 3rd: Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am)

$23-$25 (includes hourly base rate and shift differential for working off shift)

We are seeking an experienced operator who is able to work efficiently on a router machine.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and perform set-ups.
• Troubleshoot machinery when there is a process issue.
• Complete finishing operations and quality inspections for our products.
• Set and load all tools following set-up instructions to complete all assigned jobs.
• Follow all company safety policies and practices.

• Prior experience running a router machine is required.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Machine Operator.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use inspection equipment, such as micrometers and calipers, and ability to read blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Team oriented and communication skills.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Must be a motivated self-starter and be able to work independently.
• Ability to work overtime, sometimes on short notice.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Manufacturing and/or technical experience.

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Stand for 4+ hours a day.
• Willingness to work around chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
