CertaPro Painters is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical, customer service and administrative functions to drive company success. The Office Administrator supports and coordinates with all departments within our company (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Management) and is an important part of our overall team success.

Responsibilities:

Draft correspondence and other documents

Plan and schedule appointments and events

Maintain and administer our jobs/work order database software

Basic Quickbooks/Accounting Management

Greet and assist on-site guests

Answer inbound telephone calls

Place outbound phone calls to customers

Maintain and implement organized filing systems

Provide excellent customer service

Provide support for various other office roles

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

High School Diploma (College Coursework or Degree preferred)

Compensation:

$40,000-$50,000 Base Salary
