Insight Global is seeking to hire a qualified Energy Performance Saving Contract Project Manager to sit at a federal client headquarters M-F. This individual will be supporting the customer in researching, evaluating and potentially issuing a task order as part of a larger IDIQ for the government customer. Responsibilities include:

- Evaluate potential life-cycle cost and performance of all types of energy conversation measures (ECM) and the integration of ECMs into existing facilities & mechanical / electrical / plumbing infrastructure.

- Determine a pre-ESPC baseline of HQ demand and use of electricity, natural gas, and water, as well as energy and water intensity, for 1999 -- 2023.

- Manage all aspects of the ESPC process (pre-award, award, post award) including:

o ESCO selection, preliminary assement, and Investment Grade Audit

o Task Order/Proposal, and Negotiations

o Final Design & Construction, Commissioning & Performance Verification, Project Acceptance

o Measurement & Verification

- Prepare budget, schedule & briefing documents

- Schedule & facilitate meetings

Salary Range:

120k-160k

- 10+ years of Project Management experience
