QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland.

  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or geriatric setting.

  • Flexibility to work per diem, with on call availability.



JOB SUMMARY: The Delegating Nurse will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating nursing care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing guidance to our nursing staff. This role requires a flexible schedule and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to our residents.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Oversee and delegate nursing tasks to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.

  • Provide training, supervision, and support to nursing staff and caregivers.

  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings as required.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care and progress.
