Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Office Representative to join our team. As a Front Office Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all who walk through our doors. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Providing information about our products and services in a knowledgeable and professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing mail

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
