cBEYONData is seeking

a Data Warehouse Architect

with an active Top-Secret clearance to join a Data Warehouse and BI development team supporting our federal client. The

Data Warehouse Architect

will support maintaining and enhancing the Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) system consisting of the Data Warehouse and Reporting Application and moving the Enterprise BI system from on-premises environment to AWS cloud environment. The ideal candidate is dedicated to learning and growing his/her technical skills and enjoys enabling organizations to leverage their data to monitor and control cost and financial performance. This is a full-time position with on-site work performed at the client s office. Requires an active Top-Secret clearance and 100% on-site work in one of the following locations: Huntsville, AL; Washington, DC; Quantico, VA; Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities :

Lead the development and deployment of new and/or enhanced data solutions throughout the enterprise

Ensure that data development projects meet business requirements and goals and fulfill end-user requirements

Perform data evaluation, identification of potential problem areas and make the appropriate recommendations

Determine database structural requirements by analyzing client operations, applications, and programming; reviewing objectives with customer; and evaluating current systems

Liaise with network administrators and software engineers to assist with quality assurance, program logic, and data processing

Provide data leadership and knowledge to project managers and programmers working on solution development.

Review and analyze existing data solutions effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging data governance and data analytics

Design, develop, and install enhancements and upgrades to data solutions

Support all phases of analytical development from identification of key business questions to data collection and ingestion

Requirements :

Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, Redshift, and Postgres)

Strong knowledge of ETL process

Strong knowledge of data modeling, data designs, and data migration

Knowledgeable in cloud and/or big data experience

Strong communication skills and ability to produce and present presentations to executive leadership

Knowledge of financial data and Momentum system is a plus
