You ll also see a company that investors trust our culture of continuous improvement has helped us outperform the S&P 500 by more than 5,000% over the past 25 years.The Intelligent Automation Product Owner is responsible for leading the development and implementation of automation initiatives using advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotic process automation, and supporting technologies. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, develop and implement solutions, and drive adoption and continuous improvement.This position is part of the Corporate Business Application Team and will be remote.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Lead the development and implementation of automation initiatives that meet business requirements and are scalable, maintainable, and reliable.Lead Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence. Recommend leading practices according to Danaher's standards and policies. Provide advisory support to Danaher OpCos as they roll out their automation program and supporting technologies.Develop roadmap and adoption strategy for Intelligent Automation tools rollout for Corporate and shared services the Operating Companies can leverage.Manage partner vendors to monitor and maintain automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support. Monitor and refine KPIs to ensure targets are met.Keep up-to-date with emerging intelligent automation trends and technologies.The essential requirements of the job include:4-year college, Bachelor s degree (BA) in related field plus 7 years of IT experience.Proven experience with automation technologies such as RPA, AI, and machine learning.Experience with UiPath Cloud administration. M365 proficiency including SharePoint, Power Platform, and Azure/Azure AD.Demonstrated ability to answer technical questions for non-technical users and explain things in a way that a business associate will understand.Demonstrated resourcefulness to see tasks and initiatives through to completion with limited precedence and minimal guidance.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Azure OpenAI.UiPath development.At Danaher we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
