CACI seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist in support of the Navy's next-generation SIGINT, EMW, and IO systems. The position will be responsible for the overall tracking of all government property throughout its lifecycle in accordance with CACI policies and Federal acquisition Regulations and warehouse operations.


**What Youll Get to Do:**


We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist with expertise in AS9100 standards to join our team. The Quality Assurance Specialist with will assist in overseeing and managing our quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.


**More About the Role:**


+ Develop, implement, and maintain the quality management system (QMS) in compliance with AS9100 standards.


+ Lead and execute an internal audit program to identify deficiencies and corrective actions in accordance with AS9100 and other relevant quality standards.


+ Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, supply chain and manufacturing & production teams to identify and address quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.


+ Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.


+ Oversee supplier quality management, including audits, assessments, and performance monitoring.


+ Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.


+ Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.


+ Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with all regulatory and company requirements.


+ Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and advancements in quality management.


+ Monitor product testing to ensure all requirements are met.


+ Creating and conducting training on quality assurance topics for all company personnel, as appropriate


+ Conduct various inspections through-out the product life cycle from receiving to final including in-process and final inspection audits in manufacturing and/or shipping as needed


+ Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing results, and adding data into the quality management system database; Communicate inspection results and offer continual improvement suggestions


+ Deep understanding of quality management principles and practices.


+ Ability to effectively lead and manage a quality assurance team.


+ Proficiency in conducting and managing internal and external audits.


+ Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights from quality metrics.


+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


+ Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with various departments and stakeholders.


+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


+ Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.


+ Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


**Youll Bring These Qualifications:**


+ An Associates Degree in Quality Assurance or Quality Management, or a related field, and


+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management and quality control of hardware and software in the aerospace or related domains


+ Demonstrated knowledge of AS9100 standards and aerospace quality management systems.


+ Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.


+ Top Secret security clearance; must be eligible for SCI clearance


**These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:**


+ A Bachelors degree in STEM related field, and minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management and quality control of hardware and software in the aerospace or related domains


+ Certified Quality Engineering (CQE), Quality Manager (CQM) or AS9100 Lead Auditor certification


+ Certification(s) for Six Sigma, Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma in the aerospace or related domains


+ Demonstrated record of leading successful quality improvement initiatives.


+ Demonstrated experience with quality management, quality assurance and/or quality control system tools, such as manufacturing, production and/or material requirement planning systems, to support program processes, audits, and improvement.


+ Demonstrated experience with manufacturing, quality controls, inspections and/or non-conformance controls
