Required Skills:

- Ability to work on-site in Hines, Illinois (Greater Chicago area) or Martinsburg, West Virginia in a hybrid work environment (80% remote, 20% on-site).
- 5 years of Python experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to dissect complex security issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
diverse teams.
- A passion for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
TCS194, T2, Band 5
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and incident response
processes.
- Experience with security tools like SIEM, EDR, or threat intelligence
platforms.
- Proficiency in Swimlane SOAR.
- Certifications in SOAR, security analytics, or related fields:
Swimlane Certified SOAR Administrator (SCSA) or Developer (SCSD)
Swimlane Certified SOAR User (SCSU)
Security+.
- A drive to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving threat landscape.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
