Program Manager, People ExperiencesDescription:We are hiring a Program Manager, People Experiences to lead programs that support our overall studio culture and people experiences under the chief of staff s office. The candidate will work with the chief of staff to develop and execute the talent engagement strategy for the studio, working with hiring managers and studio stakeholders on talent outreach and development. The candidate will also collaborate with other studio stakeholders to develop and execute on our studio s onboarding and retention programs, contributing to the advancement of studio morale and overall culture.The candidate will have the ability to develop creative solutions that combine knowledge of hiring requirements and staffing partnerships, along with retention programs aimed at creating an excellent, industry-leading work environment and experience. In addition, the candidate should be capable of managing multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously while developing short- and long-term strategies that support people experiences within AAA gaming studio. This necessitates the candidate bringing an innovative, collaborative presence to the role and ultimately drives execution to realize business goals.Responsibilities:Partner with our internal recruiting team on full life cycle recruitment, including job description creation and posting, candidate relationship management, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring setup and logisticsBuild strong partnerships with studio hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on effective hiring best practicesUtilize various tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates for roles across the studioPromote the organization as an employer of choice through effective communication and strategiesContinue ongoing research of competitive landscape and market insights/trends to remain current and relevantTrack data to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports of hiring activity to stakeholdersDeploy studio onboarding to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive transition to the studioWork with the chief of staff to develop planning and strategy related to culture and morale programs across the studioAssist with other special projects as neededRequired qualifications:Bachelor s degree in communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or closely related roleDemonstrated ability to work quickly and independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with current tools and best practices for sourcing and recruiting top tech industry talentFamiliarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitmentProficiency with application-tracking software and/or other recruitment systemsGeneral understanding of AAA gaming cyclePreferred qualifications1+ years of experience in recruitment in the games industry, preferably at a AAA studioExperience coordinating/working with Microsoft s internal talent acquisition team and practicesCompensation:Up to $30.00 (Depending on Location/W2/Non-Exempt)#142869
