As the Marketing Events Associate Coordinator at AvePoint, you will report directly to the Marketing Events Director providing essential support in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events in North America. Key components of this role include strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the planning and execution of events, including conferences, workshops, and social gatherings.

* Coordinate logistics such as catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment setup.

* Prepare event materials such as signage, name tags, and presentation materials.

* Assist with on-site event management, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and breakdown.

* Collaborate with the other areas of the marketing team to execute promotion of events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates.

* Conduct and document post-event evaluations and gather feedback to inform future event planning efforts.

* Manage Event Swag ordering and inventory levels; including tracking of the SWAG spend.

* Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event planning and management.

The ideal candidate has:

* Previous experience managing the event lifecycle or relevant internship experience in a similar role

* Project Management Skills

* Highly organized

* Excellent communication

* Time management

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

* Passion for the Technology industry
