Right at Home provides in-home care for seniors and disabled adults. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. The company is based in Waldorf, Maryland. We seek a creative, passionate, and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator who will be esponsible for promoting sales and creating a positive identity for the company through promotional material and personal visits, executing marketing strategies/goals to generate new referral sources and increase sales.
In addition, the Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline, and gaining market share. The core competencies of an Outside Sales Representative are: Excellent Communication, Creativity, Organization, Listening, Likability, Tenacity, Energy, Inspirational/Influential, Exhibits dynamism, enthusiasm, charisma, excitement, and a positive "can do" attitude.
Essential Functions
Communicates effectively 1:1 and in group settings.
Easily articulates the vision and standards.
Keeps team and referral sources informed.
Communicates information on market share strategy to the team.
Generates new solutions to problems or suggests innovative improvements to current processes.
Creates promotional material as needed.
Investigates the competitive landscape and identifies opportunities to gain market share.
Pre-plan weekly sales activities.
Create categories for referral sources by profitability.
Maintains up-to-date competitive files, charges, and pay rates.
Maintains all sales activity in the Customer Relationship Manager database.
Maximizes efficiency and cost-effectiveness in daily activities.
Coordinates sales activity with all office staff to ensure appropriate follow-up.
MARKETING
Presents ideas and data, which outline new service opportunities and sales potential.
Represents the agency in the community
Participates in educational opportunities in healthcare
Establishes new sales opportunities.
Maintains all sales activity in the Customer Relationship Manager database
Identify new sales opportunities and prospects
Conduct market research and identify sales potential
Leverages competitive environment to gain market share
Additional (non-essential) Functions
1. Represent the agency before the public as required
2. Builds and maintains trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
3. The position is part-time and primarily out of the office
4. Display high knowledge in the agency service lines, service fees, and client base
5. Able to propose services and institutes contractual agreements with clients
