Consider joining our team as an Assistant Community Manager for Spring Creek Apartments in Columbus, OH .

Who you are:

  • You are a team player with a positive attitude.
  • You provide exceptional customer service, utilizing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are computer literate, including the use of MS Office products.
  • You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What you will do as an Assistant Community Manager:
  • Provide daily operational support to the Community Manager for this property with 288 units.
  • Coordinate move-ins/outs, assist with the leasing process, and help ensure the community is in pristine condition.
  • Resolve customer service issues and input service requests.
  • Assist with reports, budgets, newsletters, and business correspondence.
  • Scheduled work hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year related experience (multifamily property management experience preferred)
  • Computer literacy, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
Other helpful skills and competencies:
  • NALP designation through NAA
  • Yardi experience
  • Social media skills
