Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Advisor Success Associate to join our team and provide comprehensive support to the Head of Advisor Success. This role is designed to enhance the efficiency of our Advisor Success team, contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives, and ensure the continued growth and success of our advisor network. The Advisor Success Associate will play a crucial role in coordinating internal activities, developing insightful dashboards, participating in the firm's growth efforts, and supporting reporting initiatives to drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated support to the Head of Advisor Success to facilitate strategic planning and high-level decision-making.
  • Assist in the execution of key initiatives to drive the expansion and success of the advisor network, including business development campaigns and firmwide projects.
  • Collaborate with the Advisor Success and Marketing teams in planning, executing, and monitoring business development campaigns and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the design, management, and maintenance of comprehensive dashboards and reporting mechanisms to enable advisors, regional and office leaders, and the firm to implement strategies that drive business growth.
  • Participate in the development of scorecards to evaluate advisor workload and capacity to help assess staffing and recruiting needs.
  • Help design and implement training programs to support advisors' professional development and continue building the advisor track curriculum.
  • Lead organization of internal meetings including but not limited to focus/affiliation groups, trainings, and other collaborative activities. Support the Advisor Success team in managing these groups, fostering knowledge-sharing, and driving actionable insights for the enhancement of our advisor network performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape affecting financial advisors, conduct market research and analysis to provide insights into emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Perform custom ad-hoc queries as needed to meet business requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' degree or higher from an accredited university; major in financial planning, business, or finance preferred.
  • CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or other wealth management designation highly preferred.
  • Minimum of three to five years of wealth management experience (other or additional experience will be considered).
  • Proven experience in a similar role within financial services or advisory industry.
  • Strong self-reliance, initiative, and commitment to following through on tasks, self-starter when it comes to new challenges.
  • Outstanding organizational, project and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with any CRM, portfolio management, and financial planning tools.

Our PeopleFirst culture focuses on building and nurturing lifelong relationships with our employees because, at the end of the day, we exist to be there for others.The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $95,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
